We are pleased to announce that Mr. Edvard Vondra is appointed to be the Director of Superstar Art Foundation in Japan!
Edvard is a Media & Marketing professional with extensive knowledge of entry to Japan for international businesses. Proven track record in delivering 6 digits sales revenues and developing businesses in Croatia and Japan. Ed has a variety of experiences and roles in corporate training, business mentorship for female entrepreneurs, and media sales.
In his professional career, Edvard has helped over 3,000 professionals, managers, consultants, and entrepreneurs in their businesses through workshops, seminars, webinars, and one-to-one mentoring. He has founded three different businesses in Croatia and in Japan.
When he was a student at the University of Zagreb, he was President of the Rowing Club and rowing coach for women’s crew. In his first startup in Croatia, he developed a training program and software that improves the quality of service in the hospitality and financial industry. When the financial crisis in 2008 forced companies to cut their budgets for training, Edvard became Area Sales Manager for one of the biggest retail and distribution company in SE Europe. That’s also when he met his wife, a Japanese professional pianist. They moved to Japan in 2014. In Japan, he completed his MBA in Entrepreneurial Leadership at Globis University, the top business school in Japan.
After Globis he joined Tech Startup in Tokyo and helped with branding and inbound marketing strategy to launch a new mobile application. Since September 2016, he has been Advertising Sales Manager for Custom Media KK, a bilingual content creation agency and publisher of the ACCJ, CCCJ and the BCCJ publications, as well as the advertising agency for Tokyo American Club (TAC). Edvard is currently Project Manager for Mansion Global Japan, Dow Jones publication with information about luxury Real Estate and lifestyle articles and a new real estate listings site, connecting affluent buyers with luxury listings.
He launched the Personal Branding Program in November 2017 and from May 2019 created a community for female entrepreneurs ensures targeted workshops, webinars, conferences and individual business mentoring that focus on creating behavioral shifts while having fun.
Edvard Vondra is also National Director / Mentor for, Japan/Worldwide, Miss|Mrs|Ms Eurasia International 2020 by Forthebord Organization.
